The Owner and supervisors all have over 20 years of
building and remodeling experience. Each is
capable of building a home from start to finish,
completing the many phases of construction
themselves. For you, this means they can easily identify
areas needing attention to insure your project is
completed correctly.

The owner, Dan Leach is a retired Army Officer who
served with the Rangers in Vietnam. Just as attention to
detail was extremely important in his Army career, he
inspects and insures each project is treated with that
same importance. As an avid fitness buff, running,  
playing sports and lifting weights for over forty years,
he knows what people interested in keeping fit would
want in a sports/water recreation complex. Most of the
sports, water, ceiling, wall and home ideas seen in the
photo gallery are because of his creativity
